EXCHANGES ONLY
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

TIMEFRAME:
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

CONDITION:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and original packaging must be intact.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
To complete an exchange:
• Include the item you are exchanging.
• Clearly note the size and/or item you would like in exchange.
• Once we receive your item, we will send you an $8 shipping/restocking fee invoice via Square/Email.

After the invoice is paid, your exchange item will be shipped out promptly.

CLASS, GROUP & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Orders of 10 or more units and all custom orders require an estimated 2–3 weeks for production before shipping, beginning once the required payment, complete order details, and final design approvals are received. Shipping transit time is additional. Please allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

Last-minute orders, additional participants, late payments, missing sizes, or changes to approved designs may extend production timelines and affect the entire group’s completion date. Additions and changes are subject to approval and may require a separate order.

Delivery for specific event is only guaranteed when Solo Complex expressly confirms that guarantee in writing before accepting the order. Please communicate your event date before ordering.

All class, group, and custom orders are final sale. Once production begins, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. This policy does not limit your rights.

If we cannot meet the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you of the delay, provide an updated estimate when available.
